McDonald’s set to launch huge menu shakeup and diners have already slammed it as ‘false advertising’ [Video]

MCDONALD’S menu could see some changes soon, but some customers aren’t thrilled.

The fast food chain is in the middle of testing some products internationally with the potential of a release here in the States.

Included in the tests is a veggie burger, fittingly dubbed the McVeggie, per Nation’s Restaurant News.

It truly is made of vegetables as well, with the ingredients for the patty including green beans, carrots, zucchini, and soybeans.

There’s also shredded lettuce and a mayo-based sauce on top.

Currently, the McVeggie is only available at McDonald’s restaurants in Canada, specifically British Columbia, Ontario, and New Brunswick.
