Measles exposure reported at popular pizza restaurant in Toronto [Video]

Public health is warning residents who recently ate at a popular pizza spot in Toronto and commuted on a VIA Rail train to and from London to watch for symptoms of measles.

Today, Toronto Public Health said that an individual with a confirmed case of measles who works in Toronto might have exposed patrons in a Pizzeria Libretto location at 155 University Ave. to the virus. Commuters on two VIA Rail Canada trains travelling from London to Toronto and Toronto to London might also have been exposed.

Public health says the individual was at the restaurant on March 21 from approximately 11:50 a.m. to 4:30 p.m., on VIA Rail Canada Train 82 (Train Car 3, from London to Toronto) from approximately 6:05 to 10:50 a.m., and on VIA Rail Canada Train 83 (Train Car 3, from Toronto to London) from approximately 4:10 to 8:30 p.m.
