Metro woman smiles again thanks to News 4 and local dentist [Video]

YUKON, Okla. (KFOR) — A metro woman is smiling again, after months of frustration and waiting.

Stacey Northrip started the denture process months ago at Complete Dental of OKC, which was already approved and paid for through Medicare.

She received temporary dentures and was told the final set would be ready soon, but as weeks turned into months, Northrip found herself without answers and without teeth.

With nowhere else to turn, Northrip reached out to News 4.

We started looking into the situation earlier this month.

We visited the office, knocked on doors, tried calling and even had the police called on us and were told to leave the property.

Like Northrip, we couldn’t find any answers or her dentures.

The office called Northrip and brought her in a couple weeks ago, she thought she would get her dentures, but was told the original dentist was no longer there and that they couldn’t help.
