Sgt. Major Darryl Milo, the officer in charge of the Saskatchewan RCMP’s historical case unit, announced in a news conference Tuesday that a 34-year-old man in Regina has been arrested and charged with second-degree murder in relation to the 2006 homicide of 19-year-old Misha Pavelick. The man is not currently in custody and is scheduled to make a second court appearance on July 17, Milo added.
