Family and police are concerned about a missing 13-year-old boy last seen in Welland, Ontario on Tuesday.

Johnny Barreira, 13, was reported missing yesterday, Niagara Regional Police Service said.

Johnny was last seen walking near Kent Street and King Street in Welland around 4:55 p.m., police said.

He is described as white, approximately 90 pounds, slender build, five feet tall with green eyes.

Johnny was wearing an army green t-shirt, black track pants, and black and yellow shoes.

Anyone with information on Johnny’s location should contact police at 905-688-4111.

Members of the public who wish to provide information anonymously can contact Crime Stoppers of Niagara or by calling 1-800-222-8477.  Crime Stoppers offers cash rewards to people who contact the program with information that leads to an arrest.
