Authorities say an investigation into Kristyanna Hall’s whereabouts is ongoing after she allegedly fled New Hampshire with the children.
CONCORD, N.H. — Four missing children from Rochester, New Hampshire were found safe in California and reunited with their legal guardian Friday after a monthslong investigation involving the U.S. Marshals Service and multiple law enforcement agencies.
The children were found on Wednesday at a motel in Ontario, California, according to a news release from the U.S. Marshals Service. They were flown from Los Angeles to Boston later that evening and reunited Friday morning with their aunt, who was awarded legal custody.
Authorities said the children’s biological mother, 31-year-old Kristyanna Hall, failed to follow a court order directing her to transfer custody on Feb. 10 after school. Instead, she is believed to have fled the state with the children.
