Montreal store celebrates Christmas all year [Video]

While Christmas is tomorrow to most of the world, one store in Montreal celebrates the Yule season year-round.

Caroline Doucet is the director at Noel Eternel, where decorations and other Christmas-ware are on every shelf.

“We’re elves 365 days a year here,” said Doucet. “I am a Christmas enthusiast. I’m extremely passionate about it. I love it.”

Doucet said her customers are equally passionate about the holidays.

“I have customers who keep their Christmas tree up year round,” she said.

Denise Hupe is one such person, who kicked off her celebrations in November with a Christmas cruise that was booked over a year ago. It was so popular that she almost didn’t get a spot.

“First cruise was sold out within two hours, and then they decided two weeks later to do a second cruise,” she said.
