(Gray News) – FGF Brands has issued a recall with the U.S. Food and Drug Administration for more than 2 million doughnuts that were distributed throughout the U.S. and Canada.
According to the FDA, the recall includes 60 doughnut products from FGF Brands such as cake rings, paczki, fritters, crullers and munchkins.
The products were all recalled for potential listeria contamination.
The recall alert was first issued on Jan. 7 and was upgraded on Feb. 5 to a Class II recall, the FDA said.
According to the recall, the products were produced by FGF Brands and sold at grocery stores nationwide. The products were produced before Dec. 13, 2024, and are within expiration.
People reports several of the affected products are typically sold at Dunkin’ locations, but the companies listed did not immediately comment on the situation.
