Much needed dry time expected through the evening, to be followed by more rain this weekend [Video]

Good Friday evening! It is finally sunny and dry across the Ozarks. These mild conditions are complemented by mild temperatures in the lower to mid 70s through the area. Through the rest of the evening, mild, clear, and dry conditions can be expected. Temperatures by tomorrow morning will be in the low to mid 50s across much of the Springfield Metro, and into the mid to upper 50s across northwestern Arkansas.

For Saturday, expect to see mostly sunny skies through most of the morning and afternoon. This will help temperatures warm into the upper 70s to lower 80s tomorrow afternoon for highs. Winds will be light, out of the west-northwest at 5 to 10 miles per hour. In the evening, skies will turn partly cloudy.
