N.S. man charged after break and enters in Kings County [Video]

A 37-year-old Nova Scotia man is facing a number of charges after police seized several items from a home in Auburn, N.S.

RCMP executed a search warrant at a residence in the 2800 block of Highway 1 on Nov. 22.

Police say the search was in relation to an ongoing investigation into eight commercial break and enters across Kings County.

During the search, the force says officers seized multiple items believed to have been used in the break and enters.

The man was arrested at the home and three other residents were released, according to an RCMP news release.

Shawn Ross Duncan has been charged with 40 offences, including:

  • break and enter and theft over $5,000
  • mischief over $5,000
  • wear disguise with intent
  • breach of probation
  • possession of property obtained by crime

Duncan appeared in Kentville provincial court on Nov. 25. …
