N.S. man wanted on provincewide warrant: RCMP [Video]

The Nova Scotia RCMP is searching for a Cumberland County man who is wanted on a provincewide warrant.

Police say 43-year-old George Robert MacKenzie from Pugwash, N.S., is wanted for multiple offences in connection with an incident that happened Sunday in the county.

Those offences are:

  • assault
  • forcible confinement
  • uttering threats
  • mischief

MacKenzie is described as five-foot-eight and 180 pounds, with dark brown hair and hazel eyes. The force says he should not be approached if spotted.

Police released an image of MacKenzie hoping it will help in locating him.

Anyone with information on his whereabouts is asked to contact the Cumberland County District RCMP at 902-667-3859 or Crime Stoppers at 1-800-222-TIPS (8477).
