An Ontario-based grocery store chain has just opened its newest location and is ready to welcome shoppers in Brampton.
The new FreshPro Food Mart officially opened earlier this month at the corner of Queen Street East and Airport Road where the old Bed, Bath & Beyond used to be.
The grocery chain has a location in Richmond Hill but the new store is its first in Brampton.
A supermarket catering to shoppers looking for a multicultural experience, the new Brampton location has a coffee shop, seafood and deli counters, fresh produce, and a mix of international items including Asian, African, South Asian, and Canadian indigents.
FreshPro Food Mart is the latest grocery chain to open a store in Brampton, but Ontario-based chain Nations Fine Foods will also be opening a multicultural grocery store in Brampton at 535 Steeles Ave.
Brampton-based Loblaw Companies Ltd. has also announced that Wholesale Club will be opening its doors at 85 Steeles Avenue West.
