New location allows for renewals of driver’s licences, health cards in Brampton [Video]

Brampton has a new location where residents can renew driver’s licences, health cards and Ontario Photo Cards.

The site operated by ServiceOntario is located inside Peel Region’s headquarters at 10 Peel Centre Dr., next to Bramalea City Centre.

Hours of operation for the new hub are Monday to Friday from 8 a.m. to 5 p.m.

The new location was opened to meet the increasing demand for service that has put a strain on other ServiceOntario locations, often leading to long wait times.

“Our government is making life easier for Ontarians by developing solutions that enhance customer service excellence and strengthen our community presence in efficient and scalable ways,” said Stephen Crawford, Minister of Public and Business Service Delivery and Procurement. “Through our partnership with Peel Region, we are integrating municipal and provincial services into a single community hub — enhancing accessibility, improving the customer experience, and elevating service delivery.”
