The Bandits bid for a historic three-peat comes down to one game Saturday afternoon at KeyBank Center against the Saskatchewan Rush.
BUFFALO, N.Y. — It all comes down to this: One game to decide this season’s National Lacrosse League champion between the Bandits and the Saskatchewan Rush.
The Buffalo Bandits are hoping to cap off a historic three-peat, and fortunately for them as they go into Saturday’s winner-take-all Game 3, they’ve been in this same situation just a couple of seasons ago.
During Buffalo’s first title win in this run back in 2023, the Bandits won Game 1 in Buffalo, then lost Game 2 on the road in Colorado before coming back to Banditland to seal the championship in front of the home crowd.
Having been here before and done that, this is team hoping to seize the moment once again and capture the title at KeyBank Center on Saturday.
