NLL Finals schedule: Buffalo Bandits sit and wait to learn their opponent [Video]

BUFFALO, N.Y. — The two-time reigning champions are back in the National Lacrosse League Finals, which will start next Friday at KeyBank Center.

Now, the Buffalo Bandits are just waiting to see who they will meet as they aim for a three-peat.

Halifax and Saskatchewan played late Saturday — it’s a 9:30 p.m. start, to be exact — in Game 2 of the other NLL semifinal series. Saskatchewan won the first game and had a chance to move on the finals.

Buffalo advanced to the NLL Finals for a fifth consecutive year last Sunday, when it won at Vancouver 11-9 and swept the series. The five-year finals run started in 2019, before COVID prompted a two-year break. Then came finals appearances the next four seasons, starting in 2022.
