Nordex to hire 100 in West Branch, job fair on Tuesday [Video]

CEDAR RAPIDS, Iowa (KCRG) – A wind turbine manufacturer is looking to add more than 100 workers in West Branch. Nordex will be hosting a job fair on Tuesday.

“We are a global leader in wind energy solutions. We specialize in design, manufacturing, and servicing of wind turbines and are one of the top three wind turbine manufacturers in the world. We’ve actually been operating in North America for over 25 years and have about 600 employees throughout the U.S. and Canada. And this year in our West Branch, Iowa facility we’re looking to hire over 100 roles to support the restart of our wind turbine manufacturing at our facility here,” said Jackie Shay, Vice President of People and Culture at Nordex.
