NOTICE OF INOPERABLE VEHICLES The City of Danville Public Works Department is responsible for the enforcement of the inoperable vehicle codes. The inoperable vehicle(s) described below are in violation of City Code, section 21-143. City Code, sections 21-143(b) defines an inoperable vehicle as “any motor vehicle, trailer, or semitrailer, or portion thereof, which is not in operating condition; or on which there are displayed neither valid license plates nor a valid inspection decal.” The following inoperable vehicles will be removed by the City of Danville, 30 days after publication: Dodge/Ram/2500/Red Property Owner: Cardwell Jerry Jr Property Address: 843 Halifax Rd, Danville,VA.
