More rain is on the way following a foggy day in Mississauga, Brampton and Hamilton and some parts of southern Ontario could even see snow as we head into Thursday.
A fog advisory was issued for Hamilton, Caledon, Halton Hills and elsewhere in the province on Wednesday afternoon following a morning that saw rain and foggy patches in parts of Ontario.
And while Environment Canada says there is more rain expected for Thursday in Mississauga, Brampton, Toronto and Hamilton, some areas could see snowfall around midnight.
The agency says Kitchener, Guelph, and Orangeville could see “periods of snow or rain” around 12 a.m. on Thursday.
In Mississauga, Environment Canada is calling for a 30 per cent chance of showers and a daytime high of around 6 C with partly cloudy conditions. The mercury is expected to drop slightly in Hamilton where the high is expected to be around 4 C.
