Overnight showers could lead into a damp start to Wednesday with rain and winds gusting up to 60 km/h expected in southern Ontario.
Environment Canada says to expect rain on Tuesday night with a 60 per cent chance of showers and strong winds in Mississauga, Brampton, Hamilton and the Greater Toronto Area.
The wet weather is expected to continue into Wednesday with a 40 per cent chance of showers early in the morning.
There won’t be much reprieve from the wind either with gusts between 20 and 40 km/h expected in Mississauga and Brampton while Oakville and Burlington could see wind speeds of up to 60 km/h.
Thankfully, the rain should clear up by Wednesday afternoon turning into mostly cloudy but dry skies by the evening hours.
