Nov. 8 weather: Warm winds and cloudy skies for Friday in southern Ontario [Video]

It could get cloudy across southern Ontario for the end of the week but temperatures should still stay above the seasonal norm despite blustery conditions.

Environment Canada says you can still count on warmer-than-average temperatures on Friday in Mississauga, Brampton, Hamilton, the GTA and surrounding area, even with cloud cover expected for most of the day.

Friday’s high expected at Pearson International Airport in Mississauga will be 13 C, while the St. Catharines and Niagara area will heat up even more to 14 C. The overnight low will range from 2 C to around 4 C, Environment Canada says.

The agency is also calling for winds between 30 km/h gusting up to 60 km/h in Mississauga with speeds of up to 80 km/h in Barrie.
