Odessa woman indicted for fatal intoxicated crash [Video]

Breanna Pinick, 20, was allegedly intoxicated behind the wheel when the fatal crash occurred. Now, she has been indicted for two felony charges.

The crash occurred near Grandview Avenue and Yukon Road on Dec. 22, 2024.

Throughout the Odessa Police Department’s investigation, Breanna Pinick collided head-on with another car while intoxicated with two children in the car. Both children were taken to the hospital in serious condition. Eight days later, one of the children passed away.

Pinick was indicted on April 22 for intoxication manslaughter with a vehicle and intoxication assault with a vehicle causing serious bodily injury.

She remains out on a $25,000 bond.
