The highway has reopened on Monday morning.
ONTARIO, Ore. — Interstate 84 has reopened after a series of spin-offs, and a semi-truck lost its trailer.
As of Monday, at 9:30 a.m., the road has reopened, and traffic is moving eastbound.
ODOT advises drivers to take it carefully during these winter conditions.
