Highway 395 is back open following the fatal rollover crash near Ritzville.
According to Washington State Patrol, a blue GMC Yukon was driving north on the Highway around 3:45 p.m. Saturday. The car then rolled and came to rest in the middle of the road.
The driver, 34-year-old Cassandra D. Wesley Hall from Wapato, was declared dead at the scene.
Eight other people were taken to the hospital for injuries.
WSP said the crash happened because the vehicle was going too fast for the road conditions. Drugs and alcohol were not involved in this crash.

Highway 395 in Ritzville was blocked due to a fatal rollover crash.
According to Washington State Patrol, one person is dead and multiple others are injured.
The roadway is fully blocked in both directions at the Interstate 90 interchange.
Drivers should find an alternate route when possible.
