PORTLAND, Ore. — Federal judge Michael Mosman sentenced Noah Madrano, 43, to 50 years in federal prison Tuesday morning in Oregon District Court. Madrano pleaded guilty in January to two of six federal charges in the abduction and sexual abuse of a 13-year-old Canadian girl.
Prosecutors say Madrano met the girl online in June 2022, groomed her for over a year and drove to her hometown of Edmonton, Alberta, multiple times. During one visit, he took her to a hotel room where he sexually abused her and recorded it.
