It’s cold this Thursday morning in Ottawa, as it feels like minus 11 with windchill.

Environment Canada calls for a high of -4 C, mainly cloudy skies and a 40 per cent chance of flurries this morning, clearing this afternoon. A low of -12 C and partly cloudy skies are in the forecast for tonight.

Friday will see a high of -8 C and a 60 per cent chance of light snow in the afternoon. A low of -13 C and flurries are expected for the night.

Clear skies are expected for the weekend. A high of -12 C and a low of -21 C are in the forecast for Saturday.

On Sunday, the capital will see a high of -13 C and a low of -20 C.

The average temperatures for this time of year are a high of -4 C and a low of -12 C.
