A quiet Oklahoma neighborhood is being torn apart by the sound of a noisy generator that keeps them up at night and vibrates their homes. 

About a month ago, the residents of Southfork at Surrey Hills in Yukon, near Oklahoma City, became experiencing the disruptions of a loud humming sound coming from a generator that is helping to power a Bitcoin mining company. 

The disturbance is nonstop and can range from the sound of a fridge running to the roaring of a carwash, according to KFOR. And in parts of the neighborhood, residents have complained it is vibrating their walls and waking them up at night. 

‘It’s nonstop, all day long and all night long,’ James Perry, who moved to the neighborhood eight years ago, told the outlet. ‘Their kids aren’t sleeping. They’re not sleeping. Couples are getting angry and it’s just it’s just unnerving.’
