Party City locations expected to stay open in San Antonio despite closures nationwide [Video]

SAN ANTONIO – Party City stores in San Antonio are still open despite recent announcements from the Party City corporate office that stores nationwide are closing.

On Friday afternoon, CNN reported Party City’s “CEO Barry Litwin told corporate employees… that Party City is ‘winding down’ operations immediately.”

KSAT went to the North Side Party City to find a sign on the entrance door that said the party is not over.

“Party City San Antonio locations are independently owned and operated and will not be affected by the closing of corporate locations,” the sign stated.
