WAUSAU, Wis. (WSAW) – Mostly sunny skies will continue during daylight hours on Saturday and Sunday. Temperatures are expected to drop quickly tonight due to the dry air. Patchy frost mainly along and north of Hwy 29. Cold valley areas, even south of Hwy 29, could be in the mid-30°s early Sunday morning. A warning trend starts on Sunday, and temps close to 80° on Sunday afternoon.

We’re still keeping an eye on storms for next week. These storms would arrive on Tuesday and continue through Wednesday. The best chance for rain on Wednesday would be earlier in the day, but it’s not a guarantee yet that conditions will be dry for the first Concerts on the Square of the season.
