Pedestrian hit and injured in Mississauga [Video]

A pedestrian was hit by a vehicle and injured in Mississauga Wednesday night.

The person was  hit in the Erin Mills Parkway and Windwood Drive area Wednesday just before 10 p.m., Peel Regional Police said.

The adult pedestrian was sent to a trauma hospital in stable condition, a Peel Paramedics spokesperson told INsauga.com.

Police said the injuries are non-life threatening.

The investigation ongoing, police said.
