A man who worked as a personal trainer and manual osteopath is facing multiple charges after police say several women were allegedly secretly recorded at a wellness clinic last year.

Niagara Regional Police say the investigation began in November 2024 after staff at a commercial wellness and rehabilitation facility in the Martindale area contacted them with concerns.

Officers responded and the case was later assigned to detectives, who allege that women were surreptitiously recorded in various stages of undress while inside the facility. They have not indicated how many victims were targeted.

Police say a man was working as an independent contractor at the time of the incident. Multiple search warrants were later executed on social media platforms and internet service providers.

Nicholas Edward Jackson, 29, of St. Catharines, was first arrested on March 17, 2025. He was charged with voyeurism and distributing an intimate image. Jackson was released on …
