Ring-necked pheasants are thriving in northeastern P.E.I., thanks in part to a feeding program supported by a local wildlife group. This has been a tougher winter for the birds, with early snowfall and cold temperatures. But residents say they are seeing more birds than ever, including some that are coming a little too close to a local roadway. Nancy Russell headed to the Souris area to find out more.
