Police concerned for the safety of missing Bowmanville man [Video]

Police are concerned for the safety of a Bowmanville man missing since lunchtime Wednesday.

Andrew, 48, was last seen at noon on April 9 near Liberty Street South and Queen Street in Bowmanville.

Andrew is a white man with a medium build and short brown hair. He was last seen wearing a black jacket, white golf shirt, blue jeans and white/grey shoes.
