Police investigating assault on youths in Halifax last month [Video]

Police are investigating after two youth were assaulted by grown men in Halifax last month.

According to a news release on Thursday, police responded to a report of an assault in progress near the 50 block of Walter Havill Drive at around 11:40 p.m. on Nov. 10.

When officers arrived, they found two youths, both 15 years old, who had been assaulted. They were taken to the hospital for what were believed to be non-life-threatening injuries.

Police describe the one suspect as a Black man between the ages of 30 and 40 years old, around six-feet tall, which a slim build, and a tattoo on his right forearm. At the time of the incident, the suspect had a bald/shaven head.

The second suspect is described by police as a white man with a stocky build, between the ages of 30 and 40 years old, with tattoos.
