A second person has been arrested in connection with another man-made hole used to power an encampment in Gage Park.

Hamilton police discovered the T-shaped trench — about 12-feet-wide and 5.5-feet-deep — at the encampment Thursday, two days after officers discovered an ad hoc electrical setup that included a separate, larger hole with a “series of tunnels” and wires running under tents.
