The premiers comment on the recent floods in Toronto and take questions from reporters on a number of topics, including wildfire prevention, the centralized emergency alert system in Halifax, the upcoming U.S. election, and the provinces telling the federal government to “stay in its lane” with regards to the division of federal and provincial powers.
