Provincewide warrant issued for Lantz man: N.S. RCMP [Video]

The East Hants District RCMP is searching for a man from Lantz, N.S., who is wanted on a provincewide warrant.

Mark Joseph Sampson, 52, is wanted for breaching the conditions of his release in relation to a previous assault conviction.

Police describe Sampson as being five-foot-eight, 178 pounds, with short greying hair and blue eyes.

He often drives a red 2008 Honda Civic with a Nova Scotia licence plate HGE 554, according to an RCMP news release.

Police say Sampson should not be approached if spotted.

Anyone with information on his whereabouts is asked to call East Hants District RCMP at 902-883-7077 or Crime Stoppers at 1-800-222-TIPS (8477).
