RECALL: Bugs found in pasta that was sold in Canada [Video]

Certain types of pasta have been recalled in Canada.

The Canadian Food Inspection Agency said in a notice that the products are being pulled from shelves “due to presence of insects.”

The agency said Fiorfiore brand Spaghetti – Durum Wheat Semolina Pasta and Linguine – Organic Durum Wheat Semolina Pasta are the affected products.

The spaghetti is 500 g in size, has the UPC number 8 11578 03400 3 and the codes 2026/07/02 L41846001A.

The linguine is also 500 g in size, has the UPC number 8 10097 440654 and the codes 2026/07/15 L41976001A.

They were distributed nationally.

“Do not use, sell, serve or distribute the affected products,” the CFIA said.
