Two types of meat products were recalled in Canada on Thursday.
The Canadian Food Inspection Agency said that M&M Food Market’s Brazilian Style Picanha Steaks and Marc Angelo brand Carnitas are affected.
Officials said they’re being pulled from the marketplace because of “pieces of wood.”
They were distributed in British Columbia, Alberta, Ontario, Quebec and New Brunswick.
“Do not use, sell, serve or distribute the affected products,” the agency said.
These products are included in the recall:
M&M Food Market’s Brazilian Style Picanha Steaks

Marc Angelo Carnitas
- Size: 800 g
