RECALL: Product sold on Amazon recalled in Canada, officials warn it’s ‘dangerous’ [Video]

A product sold on Amazon has been recalled in Canada, with officials warning that it’s “dangerous.”

Health Canada said in a notice that the affected product is the ZGRMBO Decorative tabletop fire box.

Officials said it can cause flame jetting, which could result in serious or fatal injuries.

The fire box is a decorative container that requires individuals to pour rubbing alcohol into a reservoir and then ignite the pooled alcohol in the same place it was poured, the notice said.

“Flame jetting can occur when refilling fuel in a ZGRMBO Decorative tabletop fire box if any flame or hot surface is present,” officials said.
