RECALL: These children’s products pose a serious ingestion risk in Canada [Video]

Residents are urged to check their homes for the following children’s toys, which may pose serious health risks if swallowed.

Roller Tiles for PlayTab Modular Activity Board

This recall involves the Rollers Tile for the PlayTab Modular Activity Board. The tile was sold individually or in a set of three as part of the PlayTab Sensory Set 3, which is included in the PlayTab PDQ.

The recalled tile features a blue, red and green roller and was sold under model numbers FA488-17 (Rollers Tile) and FA488-5 (Sensory Set 3).

The product can break in rare cases, potentially exposing the internal magnet and allowing it to detach, posing a serious ingestion hazard.

The company says 383 units of the affected product were sold in Canada between July 2024 to November 2024

Risks: Poses ingestion hazard. Swallowing multiple magnets can cause blockages, twisting of the intestines or tears in intestinal walls.
