Two types of toys from a popular brand have been recalled in Canada with officials saying they can pose a choking hazard to children.
One of the affected products is the Fisher-Price Brunch and Go Stroller Toy, Health Canada said in a notice.
It consists of a plush avocado toast toy with three hanging toys, including a tomato mirror, crinkle bacon and an egg teether, the notice said.
“The yolk of the toy egg of the stroller toy can crack and create small parts, posing a choking hazard to young children,” Health Canada said.
As of April 7, the company hasn’t received any reports of incidents in Canada, but in the United States, there have been five reported incidents of the egg component cracking and breaking, with no reported injuries, officials said.
