Montreal billionaire Robert Miller is facing new criminal charges as he waits to go on trial on several sex offences.

According to court records, he is scheduled to be arraigned Thursday to face new charges related to sexual interference, sexual exploitation, and procuring a person into prostitution involving a girl who was under 14 years old.

The alleged offences span several years, between 1995 and 2000.

Miller, 81, was first charged on May 30 with 21 sex-related offences after Montreal police reopened the case into him. Those charges, which involved 10 complainants, are still before the court.

He has always denied the allegations.

The founder of Future Electronics is also facing allegations in a proposed class-action lawsuit that he paid several minors for sexin the 1990s and 2000s.
