Royal Helium CEO Andrew Davidson joined Steve Darling from Proactive to share news the company has announce its initial set of development plans for 2024. With a focus on high grading the existing drilled fields in Saskatchewan, Royal’s development efforts will be centred on the completion and testing of existing wells in the Val Marie, Ogema and Steveville properties and new drilling on the 40 Mile project in Alberta.

Davidson told Proactive the company’s transition from exploration to actual production and cash flow in 2023, marking a significant milestone. The year was described as transformative for Royal Helium, positioning it from a junior resource entity to a cash-flowing operation. Looking ahead to 2024, Davidson outlined an aggressive development plan focusing on expanding from one producing facility to multiple facilities.
