Sarnia police arrest 41-year-old on drug trafficking charges [Video]

A 41-year-old man is facing drug trafficking charges after being sought after by police on an outstanding warrant.

Sarnia police say that on Friday in the area of Christina and Maxwell Streets they located someone they knew had an outstanding warrant.

Upon arrest, they found a large amount of drugs and cash on his person.

Police say they seized 192.8 grams of fentanyl, 0.7 grams cocaine, and $1630 Canadian currency.

The man was charged with two counts of possession of a schedule 1 substance for trafficking.
