Saskatchewan Premier Scott Moe responded to the resignation of the Lumsden-Morse MLA Lyle Stewart due to health reasons Monday. Last spring Stewart invited convicted murderer Colin Thatcher to the throne speech. “Nobody has a perfect career in politics,” Moe said of Stewart, adding that Stewart served effectively at all levels and “never once forgot who he represented.”
