Saskatoon crews battle warehouse fire on Jasper Avenue [Video]

Saskatoon fire crews are battling a large blaze on the 2600 block of Jasper Avenue.

The fire was reported Wednesday morning and crews remain on the scene. 

In a news release just after 1 p.m., the Saskatoon Fire Department said its crews were still actively dousing the flames at the warehouse, home to Prestige Flooring and Hardwood.

All the building’s occupants had evacuated by the time the crews arrived, the fire department said.

A fire investigator is on the scene working to identify the cause and origin of the blaze.
