Saskatoon police are releasing new details about the city’s latest homicide, although no charges have yet been laid.

Members of the guns and gangs unit were executing a search warrant at a home in the 1700 block of 22nd Street West around 7:30 p.m. on Wednesday. When they entered officers found a dead male, police said in a news release Friday afternoon.

Police took three men and a woman into custody for questioning, but they were later released without charges.

Officers from the major crime and forensic sections are still investigating, police said.

Anyone with information is asked to call police or Crime Stoppers.
