Maine Marine Patrol officials said efforts to find two commercial fishermen who have been missing for several days will resume Tuesday.Chester Barrett, of South Addison, and his son, Aaron, were reported missing Saturday evening by a family member when they failed to return as expected.The father and son were aboard their 34-foot scallop fishing vessel “Sudden Impact,” which left Cobscook Bay State Park in Edmunds at around 5 a.m. Saturday and planned to travel to Eastern Harbor in South Addison.U.S. Coast Guard officials said the fishermen planned to seek refuge in Cutler when they encountered rough conditions but became unreachable. Last contact was made with the fishermen at about 11:30 a.m. Saturday.An initial search for the fishermen started at about 7 p.m. Saturday, and the search was eventually postponed until Sunday morning because of poor visibility.The Coast Guard launched rescue ships from Eastport and Jonesport, and an HC-144 aircraft from …
