TOLEDO, Ohio (WTVG) – Senator Bernie Moreno (R-Ohio) joins Action News Now to discuss how he’s getting involved in the investigation into a man from Venezuela who faces charges after allegedly posing as a teenager and enrolling at Perrysburg High School.

Anthony Emmanuel Labrador-Sierra was charged with unlawful possession of a firearm, as well as making false statements and falsifying documents on Thursday. 

The story gained national headlines after 13 Action News first reported that Labrador-Sierra had been arrested on a forgery charge. Investigators allege he used false documents to pose as a 16-year-old in order to attend school in Perrysburg.
