Montreal’s Village is pulling an all-nighter to ring in the new year.

The Société de développement commercial (SDC) du Village says nearly 20 bars and restaurants will be celebrating New Year’s Eve by staying open until 6 a.m. on Jan. 1 to help partygoers bid au revoir to 2024 and welcome 2025.

“This project is part of our ongoing commitment to the vitality and inclusiveness of the Village’s nightlife. The October 12 initiative demonstrated how enthusiastically the community and visitors respond to these festive extensions,” said Gabrielle Rondy, General Manager of the Village SDC, in a press release on Thursday.

“By celebrating the New Year, we are strengthening this budding tradition and affirming the central role of the Village in Montreal’s nightlife economy and culture.”

Here is a list of the establishments that will open late on Dec. 31.

  • Bar Le Campus
  • Stock Bar
  • Bar l’Aigle Noir
